Think Tank Energy: Vista

The evolution towards a real European Energy policy is a key issue for the security of supply. To face those strategic questions, Eurogroup is one of the founder of  "Vista", a Think Tank on energy which regroups the representatives of the key players in Europe.

A conference debate is planned in Paris on May 6th, 2009.

Opening markets up to competition constitutes a major step in the development of the European energy market. Europe, however, is facing new structural challenges linked to its energy dependence. In this context, Eurogroup has undertaken a forward looking study with representatives of the principal stakeholders in the gas and electricity sectors in Europe.
