What is the Healthcare practice within the Alliance?

The healthcare practice responds to the Eurogroup Consulting Alliance's strategy of integrating experiences and skills in the healthcare sector. In particular, the practice intends to perform European projects by creating a common platform of know-how, methodologies and market approach in respect of the specific features of each national healthcare system.
We are conscious of the factors which make healthcare systems look so different from country to country - funding mechanisms, organisational structures, professional training and regulatory arrangements. But we are equally aware of the core issues which are common to all developed healthcare services and of the need for learning from shared experiences.
Our unique combination of strategic and operational experience across the healthcare sector in the alliance member countries means that we can bring to clients the learning and perspectives of colleagues who have faced similar challenges in their own country or elsewhere, for the benefit of all.
