General Insurance:
Throughout most European countries the General Insurance sector is facing an increasingly competitive environment and changing distribution patterns which is leading to a wave of consolidation amongst product providers and distributors. In response, we are working with our clients to improve their operational performance, help them adapting to changing distribution patterns, designing efficient customer strategies and identify new business opportunities.
Life Assurance:
The Life Assurance sector continues to grow in the main European markets but changing regulations and increasing competitive pressure has made achieving profitable growth difficult. We work with life companies and "Bancassurers" to create new distribution strategies, to improve their marketing and sales effectiveness, to help them adapt to new European regulations and to redesign their IT architectures.
Health Insurance:
The key trends in the Health Insurance sector vary significantly across the main European markets depending largely on the underlying trend in government expenditure on state provision. In the UK government investment in the healthcare sector has increased significantly in recent years while it has declined in many other European markets. We help our clients cope with the sector's challenges designing new corporate strategies, developing new products and new marketing programmes. We are also involved in pre merger operating model design and post merger integration, as well as process reengineering and IT strategy.
