  • Business Process Reengineering (BPR) BPR increases customer orientation, shortens lead time and reduces personnel expenditure. By designing lean structure, we attain streamlined processes with job enrichment for the employees. The modules are customized according to the enterprises individual situation. We offer BPR solutions in several areas like production, sales and marketing.
     
  • Supply Chain Management (SCM) Supply Chain Management optimizes all processes in the entire supply chain to realize maximum benefit for the enterprise as well as its customers and suppliers. We identify inefficiencies within the value chain and redesign the network organization. The goals of SCM are to improve customer service, shorter lead times, increased quality and reduced costs.
     
  • Production Excellence Production Excellence combines the elements of Lean Production, Six Sigma and Theory of Constraints to lead the customer's production processes to a world-class standard.   • Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) The TPM strategy is focussed on the increase of the plant productivity (O.E.E., Overall Equipment Effectiveness) and on considerably lower maintenance cost. The plant with its machinery / equipment as a central element of the company has to be optimized along its complete life cycle: from planning to implementing, running and maintaining, to modifying and improving, to refurbishing and dismantling.
